Emerging science suggest that what we eat can change our brain.
It is now widely accepted that there are direct links between our physical health and our food choices. Current trending research is demonstrating that our food choices can also impact our mental health, cognitive health and mood. In this talk Melinda explores the mechanisms through which food choices impact on our brain function and mood, and provides practical tips to develop healthy eating habits for developing optimal health.
Melinda is a fully qualified nutritionist and counsellor, and lecturer in nutritional medicine. Melinda is in private practice in Summer Hill.
